Tina’s joint Kinokotch Somerset Film “We Have Nothing but Each Other” commission was filmed in Wells and screened outdoors in the Recreation Park in Wells in the Spring 2023. This film was commended at the Frome Environmental Film Festival in 2023.

Tina is a member of Artists Collective “Hatch” and 2023 exhibited at a secret location in Langport in both the March 2023 exhibition “Reflections and Shadows” and the October 2023 exhibition “Death and Microwaves”

During 2022 and 2023 Tina was engaged in an ongoing collaboration with London Based artist Emma D’Souza MacDonald and they exhibit the results of this at Spike Island Open Studios in April 2023 whilst also running an open access workshop. Their collaboration selected for haus_a-rest//Issue31 - Collaboration // online zine. They also successfully ran a day workshop at Turf Arts Centre in Croydon under their collective project name “Time Wasters” working with London and Somerset foraged clay creating analogue artefacts and clay music with the public.

20th January - exhibited as part of M.U.D exhibition at Phil Root’s studio Spike Island, Bristol as part of the first collective of Earth and Rock participants - foraging for wild Bristol clay, processing and making with this material and producing natural glazes following traditional techniques

2022

1st - 9th October “ Inside Out” at Shepton Mallet Old Prison C wing as part of Somerset Arts Festival, alongside 5 other invited artists. Tina exhibited in Cell 1 and Cell 2 with two large scale installations. Cell 1 showed her Sanctuary film (the festival theme) on a continuous loop on a tv monitor alongside a tree installed with community made ceramic bells and tea light holders. She also ran a workshop for visitors.

Cell 2 was transformed to create a ceramic installation “Panopticon” continuously reflecting back on itself in a silver lined and transformed space.

24th September 2022 Tina showed her film Sanctuary (a meditation) in St Congars Church Badgworth as a multi screen installation in St Congar’s Church, Badgworth Somerset as part of her Somerset Arts Festival commission. She worked with a local choir and organist and the audience to improvise a short section of the soundtrack with instruments made at community clay workshops held in Badgworth in August 2022. The church was lit with tea lights contained in ceramic tea light holders also made by the community in earlier workshops.

2022 performer in a special live performance by avant-garde composer Alvin Curran at Spike Island Gallery with a group of local artists and musicians.

The performance BEAMS was based on a structured improvisation of singing, shouting and activating a set of “found” musical instruments, all gathered according to a broad definition of what an instrument can be. It followed a series of closed workshops between Curran and the participants earlier in the week and took place the opening evening of When There Is No More Music to Write – a two-person exhibition by Eric Baudelaire and Alvin Curran at Spike Island
